also be beautifully staged
and professionally photographed
to show it in the best possible
light and attract more potential

mean, you ask? As defined
by Wikipedia,
staging a home is, "the
act of grooming a home to
make it more attractive to
potential buyers and to raise
the value of the home."
It's one of the most important
steps in distinguishing your

Currently, Dettmer & Associates
is the only company (that
we're aware of) that offers
a free staging plan
tailored to your home when
you list with us. In most
cases we will even advance
any fees for out of pocket
expenses to prepare your home
for sale, later applying the
charges to the escrow proceeds.
This means no advance
out of pocket expenses for
you! With your staging
plan, you will be given a
written estimate of all presale
preparation costs and, of
course, nothing will be done
without your approval.
In addition to professionally

all reporting requirements
are met, and assist with obtaining
pest reports and other home

include: Are you looking for
a single family residence,
a condo, or something else?
How many bedrooms and bathrooms
will you need? Will you need
parking spaces or to be close
to public transportation?
What other neighborhood amenities
should be close by? Is there
a particular neighborhood(s)
in which you're interested?
Basically, paint us a picture

our in house loan agent will
be busy prequalifying you
for a home loan. Knowing the

is a great way to set realistic
